Stanford's Dr. Anna Lembke's "Tips for Structuring a Day During Quarantine"

Dr. Anna Lembke of Stanford Healthcare joined Alto Swim Club for a discussion about time management during quarantine. Dr. Lembke used her experience as a psychiatrist at Stanford to develop a list of suggestions to help our ALTO athletes thrive during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Swimmers and staff learned about a variety of habits and behaviors, the impact on the brain, including the impacts of a regular sleep schedule, circadian rhythms and the negative side-effects of too much screen time. The lessons learned from Dr. Lembke’s talk have helped create a guide for all of our swimmers to successfully navigate this quarantine.
