Swimming Scholarships
Alto Swim Club & Outreach Athlete Registration
Alto Swim Club participates in the USA Swimming Outreach Program and offers reduced USA Swimming registration fees through Pacific Swimming. Eligibility is determined based on the Pacific Swimming Outreach Athlete Application. Outreach Athletes are eligible to attend local meets at no cost and may also be eligible for additional Pacific Swimming grants to cover focus meet travel expenses and / or other competitive swimming costs.
Alto Swim Club & Beyond Barriers Athletic Foundation
Alto Swim Club is excited to be working with Beyond Barriers Athletic Foundation to provide swimming scholarships for eligible families on our Competitive Team, Fitness & Recreational Team or enrolled in Group Swim Lessons. Eligible families will be reimbursed for their swimmers’ group enrollment cost. Families must meet the program eligibility requirements and fill out an application for swimming scholarship enrollment.
About Beyond Barriers Athletic Foundation
“Beyond Barriers Athletic Foundation promotes healthy lifestyles, improves personal safety, and adds structure for lifelong achievement by providing scholarships for aquatic programs to underserved youth.” Beyond Barriers Athletic Foundation was formed in 2012 in Redwood City, CA by a group of swimmers from the community who wanted to provide safety and health to the underserved community. Since the organization has started, they have subsidized over 33,000+ swim lessons and 6,300+ hours of aquatic activity to over 7,900 children. Beyond Barriers: How It Works
If your family is registered with Alto Swim Club’s Competitive Team, Fitness & Recreational Teams or Group Swim Lessons AND qualifies for the swimming scholarship (see below), a percentage of the team tuition / group lesson costs will be subsidized based on the swimmer’s attendance. Alto Swim Club’s Coaching Staff will submit the team attendance records for the swimmer to Beyond Barriers each month. Eligible families will be reimbursed for of their swimmers’ group enrollment cost.

Child is between Age 0-18 years old
Registered with Alto Swim Club’s Competitive Team, Fitness & Recreational Team and / or Group Swim Lessons
