Competitive Age Group Coach

Alto Swim Club is looking for motivated, knowledgeable and experienced Age Group and Senior coaches. We are a team built by coaching professionals who are passionate about swimming. If you are invested in high-level swimming and you have the qualifications listed below, we would like to meet you!

Alto Swim Club trains at Stanford University and at several pool facilities in Palo Alto and or competitive team is comprised of six training groups. The team’s mission is to offer the best developmental and high performance programs in the country.

Our goal is to give our coaches the tools they need to build their professional experience, expand their knowledge, and advance a their successful coaching career. We prioritize on-going professional development and are dedicated to giving coaches the platform to succeed professionally.

Desired Qualifications:

• Coaching and/or competitive swimming experience at the club or collegiate level
• Current USA Swimming coach certifications
• Desire & passion for developing swimmers of all ages
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills
• Expertise with current technique development and training
• Enthusiastic and highly motivated team player

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation based on qualifications

Fitness / Recreational Coaches

Alto Swim Club is looking for compassionate, experienced and excited coaches and instructors for group and individual swim coaching and teaching! If you truly care about helping others to learn, grown and challenge themselves, and you have the qualifications listed below, we would like to meet you!

Alto Swim Club's fitness and recreational swimming programs serve youth athletes of all ages and with different needs and abilities. Our fitness and developmental coaches are passionate about teaching swimming skills and a love for the water! We encourage our coaches members to work together and learn from each other. With a range of swimming and coaching experiences and different backgrounds and specialties, we have a wealth of resources to help you grow
