Fitness & Recreational (Non-Competitive) Team is perfect for kids and teenagers who are interested in swimming recreationally in Menlo Park. Our Minifit Group is for swimmers 8 & younger who are water safe and looking to develop their skills. The SwimFit (9-11 years) and Varsity Groups (12 and older) are for swimmers who are interested in swimming for fitness or as a cross-training group if they compete in other sports.
Swimming Lessons are for toddlers and children who want to learn how to swim in one-on-one or group setting. We also offer advanced swim lessons for competitive swimmers and private technique swim lessons for adults in Menlo Park.
