Our Senior Program provides the training and resources needed to compete at the highest levels.

Ages: 12 - 14 (Middle School).
Daily Training: 2.25+ hours, 6 - 8 sessions / week.
Group Description: Swimmers in Senior 1 train to compete at the highest levels and represent Alto at the most competitive meets in the United States.
Time Goals: National AAA & AAAA, Sectionals, Junior Nationals.
Equipment: Outlined in Alto Team Handbook.

Ages: 14 & Over (High School Only).
Daily Training: 2.5+ hours, 7 - 8 sessions/week.
Group Description: Swimmers in Senior 2 train to compete at the highest levels and represent Alto at the most competitive meets in the United States.
Time Goals: National AAA, AAAA, Sectionals, Junior Nationals.
Equipment: Outlined in Alto Team Handbook.

VARSITY GROUP

Ages: 13 & Over.
Daily Training: 1.5+ hours, 5+ sessions/week.
Group Description: An engaging team environment with a specific focus on training, endurance and speed. This is a good fit for multi-sport and high school athletes.
Time Goals: National A & Above, High School Championships.
Equipment: Outlined in Alto Team Handbook.

Comprehensive dryland training includes strength building, athletic development, Yoga and mobility.
