Alto Swim Club
Water Polo Conditioning Program
Program Objectives
Better swimming skills means better preparation for the fast-paced, back-and-forth of a water polo game. Our groups target swimming drills and technical skill development. Strong swimming skills are fundamental to becoming a successful player and a good stroke is a valuable asset! This program focuses on developing strength, power, speed, and endurance. Swimmers train to improve technique and efficiency in the competitive strokes and build strength through intervals and kick work.

“My child tried the new water polo conditioning program …, it is a great way to build the physical abilities and stamina that the players will need in Junior Olympics, ODP, high school and beyond. Highly recommended as a supplement to the regular water polo practices.”
