ALTO Hosts Over 600 Athletes at Local Meet

This past weekend, Alto Swim Club hosted their annual team-hosted CBA Meet at Gunn High School in Palo Alto. ALTO hosted over 600 athletes, and even more spectators and coaches.

Swimmers competed in all four strokes across several distances, including many swimmers competing in the 1650 (mile) yard freestyle for the first time this year. Highlights included multiple 8 and Under team records set by Hanne Peeters, dozens of other Top 10 All Time swims, and Hugo Thomas’ first Junior National Cut in the 1650Y free. 

ALTO heads to Chandler, Arizona on Friday 2/14 for the Lost Dutchman invitational with Age Group 3, Senior 1 and Senior 2 athletes!
