Coach at Alto

Alto is a team built by coaching professionals. We train at Stanford University and at additional pool facilities in Palo Alto and the surrounding area. Our competitive team is made up of groups spanning every level of development. Our fitness and lesson programs introduce swimmers to strong foundational skills while building confidence and a lifelong love of the water.

We believe great teams are built by great coaches. We work to provide coaches with the mentorship, resources, and opportunity needed to grow their experience and build successful careers in the sport. Alto coaches benefit from ongoing professional development, collaboration with an experienced coaching staff, and meaningful opportunities to grow within the organization.
