Winter Training: Olympic Training Center

Our Winter Training Camp for Senior 2 and National Groups will be at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, December 26 - January 3. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to train at this elite facility and we are looking forward to a fun and productive trip!

As part of the camp, we will be working with Dr. Genadijus Sokolovas from Global Sport Technology. He is currently the High Performance Director for USA Pentathlon, and was previously the Director of Sport Science and Physiology for USA Swimming. Dr. G will present to our group about technique, and will test every swimmer in at least 1 stroke. After testing, he'll provide video and feedback to help improve efficiency.
