Winter Training: NAU Camp at 7,000 Feet!

Our Winter Training Camp for Senior 1 will be at the Wall Aquatic Center at Northern Arizona University! We are looking forward to a great camp, training at over 7,000 feet. The camp is December 26 - January 1. Bring all training equipment, including parachute, nose clip and tempo trainer.

Our schedule includes LCM doubles, dryland, classroom sessions, as well as team building and goal setting sessions with the group.
