Alto Hosted Olympic Gold Medalist, Jason Lezak, for Freestyle Clinic

Alto had the pleasure of hosting Olympic Gold Medalist, Jason Lezak, for a freestyle clinic! Jason created a fun and engaging learning environment for our young swimmers. He stressed the importance of posture, core strength, coupling motions, kick, and the high elbow catch.

Alto swimmers were given an autographed swim cap and had the chance to take photos wearing Lezak’s gold medals. Additionally, swimmers had a chance to review Lezak’s most iconic races. Every attendee left with a better understanding of proper freestyle technique! Thank you Jason Lezak!
