Alto Swim Club: Competition Suit Policy

Alto Swim Club is an arena sponsored team. At every level, our swimmers should wear and use arena, especially in competition. Please make sure that all competition suits purchased are arena brand, including technical suits.

Regular Season Meets - Alto team suit: arena team suit. Our team suit is worn for all regular season meets. The team suit will be confirmed annually. Suits should be tight fitting.

Focus Meets - For some focus meets, 13 and over swimmers will wear technical suits. Focus meets are determined by the coaching staff and typically include the final meet of the season and any team championship meets. Different swimmers have different focus meets each season, the swimmer’s primary coach will communicate about group and swimmer focus meets.

Please follow the team suit expectations below and remember that any technical suits purchased must be arena brand. When you purchase a technical suit. For technical suits, we race in either black or dark gray.

Technical suits - There are no technical suits for swimmers ages 12 and under, except under the direction of the coaching staff when competing at the Junior National level above.

Ages 12 & under
No technical suits. Swimmers compete in a tight fitting team suit.

Ages 13 & Older
Girls: arena brand technical suit - black or dark grey
Boys: arena brand technical suit - black or dark grey

All competition suits worn should be tight fitting. If you have questions about the size, please contact the coaching staff. We recommend taking advantage of our team discount, seasonal sales, and in person suit fitting opportunities.
