Alto Age Group Swimmer of the Month: Jan 2025: Nathan Wu
Nathan has been swimming with Alto since 2022 and has shown great improvement over his years at Alto. Nathan currently swims with Coach Richie in Age Group Silver. Over the past year, Nathan has qualified for Age Group Championships and Far Westerns. At Winter Age Group Championships, Nathan was part of the 10 and under boys 200 Free and 200 Medley that won first place. Individually, Nathan achieved 3rd place in the 100 IM.
This month, at Zone Championships, Nathan won the 9-10 50 Free, 100 IM, and the 50 Breast and was in the 9-10 boys 200 Free and 200 Medley that won first place. Nathan’s accomplishments are a direct result of his hard work and consistency each and every day. He had 100% attendance in January and has a 91% attendance record for the 2024-2025 Short Course Season.
Keep up the hard work, Nathan! Your dedication and effort in the pool have truly been inspiring, and we couldn’t be more proud of everything you’ve accomplished so far. Keep pushing forward and chasing your goals!
