Alto Seniors Grow Stronger Together at Team Retreat

In September, Alto’s Senior 2 and National Groups headed to Aptos, California, for a fun weekend away from the pool!

We enjoyed all-day activities, including a ropes course, team-building games, s’mores, and plenty of time to hang out with teammates. We also use the retreat as an opportunity to identify group goals and solidify our commitment to supporting and encouraging each other in and out of the water.

Our annual high school retreat is a great opportunity for swimmers to spend time together outside of practice, strengthen friendships, and build team early-season camaraderie.
