Senior Prep
Our Competitive Senior Prep Program provides the training and resources needed to prepare for Senior swimming and take training and racing to the next level.
SENIOR PREP 1
AGES: 13 AND OVER
Daily Training: 1.5 - 2 hours, 6 sessions / week.
Group: Swimmers in Senior Prep 1 focus on improving technique and endurance, and speed. Senior Prep 1 swimmers represent Alto locally and at travel meets.
Time Goals: National B, BB, A+, Age Group Championships
Equipment: Team Equipment Page.
SENIOR PREP 2
AGES: 13 AND OVER
Daily Training: 2 hours, 6 sessions / week.
Group: Swimmers in Senior Prep 2 focus on developing technique, endurance, and speed. Training workload begins to increase significantly. They represent Alto locally and at travel meets.
Time Goals: National B, BB, A+, Age Group Championships, Far Westerns

SENIOR PREP 3
AGES: 13 AND OVER
Daily Training: 2 hours, 6+ sessions / week.
Group: Swimmers in Senior Prep 2 focus on developing technique, endurance, and speed. Training workload begins to increase significantly. They represent Alto locally and at travel meets.
Time Goals: National B, BB, A+, Age Group Championships, Far Westerns, Sectionals

Strength & conditioning
Comprehensive dryland training includes strength building, athletic development, Yoga and mobility for swimmers.
team travel
Swimmers travel locally, nationally and internationally to compete. Group Training Camps are scheduled 2-3 times per year.
GROUP EVENTS
Team building, group activities and social events bring swimmers, coaches and families together.
COMMUNITY servicE
Alto develops community-minded individuals and gives back through swimmer-lead community service projects.
