Alto's 3rd Place Finish at Winter Age Group Championships!

We are proud to share that Alto Swim Club finished 3rd overall at Winter Age Group Championships, our highest finish so far at this meet! This is a 14 & Under championship featuring over 70 teams from Pacific Swimming LSC, which is one of the most competitive LSCs in the country.

This meet was a team effort from start to finish!

With over 80 Alto qualifiers, our swimmers showed up ready to race, support one another, and represent the team with pride, all while managing a really cold weekend with challenging conditions. We were impressed with our athlete's mindset and readiness to adjust under less-than-ideal race conditions. It wasn't perfect, and Alto got the job done!

We closed out the meet on Sunday night with an incredible run of event winners, huge swims, and dramatic moves up the leaderboard. Swimmers stepped up when it mattered most and delivered some of the best performances of the entire weekend.

Alto Swim Club achieved 10 new Far Western qualifying times, 22 new Age Group Championship qualifying times, 4 new National AAAA times and above, 9 new National AAA times and above, 20 new National AA times and above, and 68 new National A times and above.
